After Your Event

Depending on the arch size, location and installation, some arch frameworks may need to be collected after your event. Once your booking is received, we'll confirm the installation and collection arrangements with you.

For outdoor installations, we may also provide specific instructions where the arch is staying in place overnight.

Delivery and installation costs will be confirmed after your order is placed, once we have checked your venue location and availability.

Outdoor Arches & Weather

Outdoor balloon arches are weather dependent. Wind, rain, extreme heat and other conditions can affect both the appearance and safety of an outdoor installation.

We will assess the forecast before your event and, if conditions are unsuitable for the arch booked, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Where possible, this may include moving the arch indoors or adapting the installation to a more suitable location.

Please be aware that once installed outdoors, balloons can naturally be affected by changing weather conditions.
